1/2 c packed brown sugar
1/4 c margarine
2 T evaporated milk
1/2 c chopped pecans
2 c packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 c flour
1/2 c margarine
1 t vanilla
1/2 t salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. In saucepan, combine 1/2 c brown sugar, margarine and evaporated milk (sometimes I substitute flavored creamer). Stir over low heat until combined. Pour into a greased 8" square pan. Sprinkle with pecans. Mix remaining ingredients and spread over pecans. Bake for 40 - 50 minutes. Cool 5 minutes in the pan and invert onto a serving platter.

Doug's favorite...just like biting into a praline. Sometimes it inverts beautifully and sometimes the corners stick in the pan but they are so good it doesn't make any difference!
