1 lb. small white beans, or navy beans
1 tsp. salt
1 medium-large onion, quartered
1/3 cup brown sugar
3 Tbsp. molasses
1 Tbsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. Accent
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
1/4 to 1/2 lbs. salt pork, diced
3 Tbsp. ketchup

Soak beans in cold water, overnight. Drain. Put beans in pressure cooker and cover with cold water. Add all other ingredients. Cook for 1 hour. (after reaches pressure) Note* Use pressure cooker as directed....CAREFULLY remove lid after cooking. Be aware of hot steam!

This was MeMe Raymond's recipe which she gave to Mom, along with her electric pressure cooker that she cooked them in.  ( William-Sonoma sells an electric Cuisinart Pressure Cooker.) Reminds me of Down the Camp! Delicious! Even better the next day!
