1 T. butter
1 T. all purpose flour
1 Can of vegetable soup
2 Cups frozen mixed vegetables, thawed, drained
2 Cups cubed cooked chicken
1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
1 refrigerated pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400 degrees. In sauce pan, melt butter. Stir in flour. Cook, stirring constantly until smooth and bubbly. Stir in soup, vegetable's, chicken, and thyme. Heat over high heat, stirring frequently until mixture is hot and bubbly. Pour into ungreased casserole.
Unroll pie crust and place over top of casserole. Roll up outer edge and cut several slits in crust to allow steam to escape. Bake 30 to 35 minutes. or until crust is golden brown. let stand 10 minutes before serving.
