3 Eggs
1/2 c. Sugar
1 (8 oz.) Package cream cheese (softened)
1/2 Pint sour cream (small container)
1 tsp. Vanilla

Crust:
3 Graham crackers
Butter for greasing pie plate

Topping:
1 (16 oz.) Sour cream
6 tbsp. Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Beat the eggs with 1/2 c. sugar until foamy. Add the cream cheese (let cheese get soft and break into small pieces). Add the small container of sour cream and the 1 tsp. of vanilla.

Butter a 9-inch pie plate. Roll the 3 graham crackers until fine and shake into the pie plate. Pour out any excess. Add the above mixture and bake in a 350º exactly 25 minutes.

Cool 10 minutes exactly.

Mix the large container of sour cream with the 6 tbsp. of sugar and 1 tsp. of vanilla. Spread on the cooled cake. Bake 5 minutes in a 400º oven.

Refrigerate after it cools. Enjoy!
