1lb ground pork, 2 -3 cups green beans cut into 2 inch sections, 1 cup red bell pepper cut into 2 inch strips (optional), 1 bunch basil leaves (30 leaves), 1 tbsp of chopped garlic, 3 tbsps of fish sauce with 1.5 tbsp of sugar mixed well in a bowl, 1 tsp oyster sauce, 1/2 cup of chicken stock, 4 Thai chili peppers (or red chili flakes to taste), 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Heat oil in a saute pan on high, add garlic and chili's and saute until garlic is golden. Add pork and saute until almost cooked through. Add fish sauce mixture, oyster sauce, green beans, stock, and red bell pepper. Saute until green beans are cooked but still crunchy. Stir in basil leaves and cook until wilted. Serve hot over rice.
