1 large head of cauliflower, or two small heads
1 pint of cream or creme fraiche
1 cup of shredded Gruyer cheese
Cracked pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375F. Bring to a boil, a large pot of salted water.
Cut up cauliflower into florets, and place in boiling water.
Cook until tender, about 10 minutes. Drain cauliflower and place in a 9x13 casserole dish or baking pan. Spread about half the grated cheese over the cauliflower, then drizzle the cream all over the dish. Put the remaining cheese on top, and cover with cracked black pepper.
Bake in 375F oven for about 1 hour, until the cheese is golden and the cream is bubbling.
