Cabbage - chopped into small chunks
Flanken - with bones
Tomato Paste
Water
Sugar
oil

Directions:
Directions:
1. Brown flanken in pot with some oil
2. Place chopped cabbage in pot over meat
3. Add tomato paste + water - double water to paste = enough to cover cabbage
4. Add sugar generously (about 1/2 cup to a nice sized soup pot)
5. Bring to boil then cover & turn down flame.
6. Allow to simmer for 3+ hours
