1 cup white sugar
1 cup butter
2 eggs
1 tbsp. vanilla
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cream of tartar
1/2 tsp salt
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar together. Then add eggs one at a time. Stir well. Add vanilla and other ingredients. Roll in 1 inch balls. Dip in granulated sugar and press flat. Bake at 350º for 12 minutes, or until edges turn golden.
