Ingredients:
1 8 oz. package cream cheese (room temp)
4 10" flour tortillas
1 Jar sliced jalapeņos
sliced black olives

Directions:
Directions:
In small mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and 2 T. juice from the jar of jalapeņos. Add more juice if needed to get cream cheese to the point that it is easily spreadable.

Divide cream cheese mixture over tortillas, spreading to the edge. Top with chopped jalapeņos as lightly or as heavily as you wish.

If you have cowards in your crowd, substitute sliced black olives on one of the tortillas for the jalapeņos. Otherwise, add black olives to all of the tortillas.

Roll each tortilla tightly, cover with plastic wrap and chill. After chilling, slice rolls into 1/2" thick slices and serve.
