1 stick salted butter, cut into 1 inch pieces
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 T. tomato paste
1/2 c. dry white wine
2 T. white vinegar
1/4-1/2 c. Tabasco sauce, depending on your taste

Directions:
Directions:
Melt 2 T. butter in saucepan over medium heat and saute garlic until slightly browned, 3 minutes. Stir in tomato paste and cook another 2 minutes. Add wine, vinegar and bring to boil, whisking tomato paste to dissolve. Reduce heat, add Tabasco sauce, remaining butter and simmer for 2 minutes.
