6 large baking potatoes
½ lb butter, melted
½ t salt
pepper
½ c heavy cream
¾ c coarsely shredded Swiss cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Bake potatoes. Cut slice off each potato and scoop out pulp. Break coarsely. Add butter, salt and pepper. Put into 9” glass pie pan. Pour heavy cream over it and let stand 30 min. Sprinkle with cheese and bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 20 min, or until cheese melts. Serves 6.
