1/4 pound butter
1/4 cup ricotta cheese
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup sugar
1 egg
2 cups sifted flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
Allow butter to soften. Blend with ricotta cheese until creamy. Add vanilla, Mix well. Add sugar gradually, beating until well blended. Add egg and mix well. Slowly stir in dry ingredients and blend well. Drop from a teaspoon on a greased baking dish. Bake in 350 degree oven for 10 minutes.
