Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Spaghetti
Red Pepper
Garlic Cloves- Crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Boil Spaghetti - my preference is Angel Hair
While Spaghetti is cooking, simmer on LOW heat -the following in a large skillet:
Coat the bottom of the pan with Olive Oil - just enough to cover the bottom- not a lot
sprinkle in Crushed Red Pepper
Crushed Garlic Cloves- (the red pepper and garlic is based on your preference)
Watch closely or the garlic will burn
When the Spaghetti is close to done, drain & Rinse
Put the spaghetti in the skillet.... let it sit a few minutes to absorb the flavors....then Toss it now & then to prevent sticking. Each toss will allow the flavors to be absorbed. (10 min approximate)
Serve on plate.... Shake on Parmesan Cheese and enjoy!!! (NO sauce)
