2 sticks unsalted butter soften
3 C sugar
1 C sour cream
3 C all purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
6 eggs
2 tsp fresh lemon juice
1T lemon rein.

Directions:
Directions:
Cream both sticks of soften butter add sugar and sour cream, Make sure you sift the flour and the baking soda. Add to the mix you have creamed.
Alternately add eggs one at a time with the dry mixture. Add lemon, and rein last and poor into a tube pan that has been greased.
Bake for 1 hour and 30 minuets in a pre heated over of 350º

My husband is a pound cake nut, I have tried several receipts and even box mix, they were all to dry, but this is great. Toast it with ice cream and berries.
