Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4 cups flour
1/2 lb. butter
2 eggs
1 packet yeast
1 cup sour cream
1 large box dark raisins(soak for 5 min in warm water)
chopped walnuts(1 package or more according to taste or if nut allergy skip it)
1 jar blackberry jam(enough to moisten raisins and nuts)
cinnamon and sugar(2 cups total, easy on the cinnamon)

Directions:
Directions:
dissolve yeast in sour cream let stand 15 minutes
Meanwhile, melt butter and mix with flour in bowl(use your hands)!
In a bowl add drained off softened raisins, nuts and jam
Beat eggs and add to sour cream mixture
add eggs and sour cream to flour mixture mix with hands. This makes your dough.
Here's the fun part!!
Take the mixture of cinnamon and sugar and put cinnamon and sugar right onto your table or counter top. Next roll out pieces of dough (about the size of a quarter each) make the dough thin when you roll it out right into the cinnamon and sugar mixture and then flip over the dough so that both sides are covered with the cinnamon and sugar. Put 1/2 teaspoon of raisin mixture into middle of dough. Fold both sides overlapping in the center and then fold the ends up to the center. The ends will not touch so you'll have a nice little package. Put on cookie sheet(ungreased) about and inch apart. Do not overcrowd cookie sheet as the bollers leak and that's OK. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 22 min. The bollers will set and get harder after they come out of the oven. This recipe will make 3 cookie sheets.

Personal Notes:
This is a great recipe to make with children as it's done a lot with the hands and it's so messy and fun to do. Serve for Shavuot and have fun with the children. And they're yummy!!
