7 cups boiled and riced potatoes
1/4 cup butter melted
1/4cup whipping cream
1 tsp salt
2 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Peel the potatoes, cook; then rice the potatoes and add butter, cream and salt. Let them get cold. Mix in flour and roll out rounds of dough (paper thin) on a lightly floured board. Bake the rounds on a grill turning to lightly brown.



Store cooled lefsa in the freezer with waxed paper sheets between each in a sealed zip lock bag.



To serve: butter the lefse, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Roll tightly. Cut off the dry ends (discard these). Cut in 3 smaller pieces… enjoy with coffee, milk or orange juice for breakfast!
