1 lb Raw Lg Shrimp Peeled & Deveined Tail On
1 tsp. finely crushed garlic
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
1 tsp. OldBay seasoning
3 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. Mirin (Japanese sweet rice wine)
1/4 cup. chardonnay
1/2 tsp.* lemon zest

In a large Saute pan heat your butter until lightly brown. While flame remains high, add shrimp and all ingredients except for chardonnay. Saute 3 to 4 minutes then add chardonnay. Saute an additional minute or two until sauce tightens. Finish by squeezing fresh lemon juice over top.Enjoy

High heat and the large saute pan is the key to this recipe. You want a sizzling hot pan to ensure the integrity of the shrimp remains firm but not overcooked, and the chardonnay reduces to a glaze. * Use a citrus peel to scrape the outerside of a lemon to produce the zest.
