1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup low-fat milk
2 tbsp honey
3 cups wheat flakes cereal (or corn flakes)
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast
1/2 tsp seasoned salt
nonstick cooking spray

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Place flour in small bowl. Combine milk and honey in another bowl and blend well. Crush cereal and place in 3rd bowl.
Rinse and dry chicken breast. Cut each breast into 3 strips or tenders. Season with seasoned salt. Dip each strip in flour to coat. then dip the strip into milk-honey mixture, coating well. Then roll strip in cereal, coating well.
Place each strip on a cookie sheet sprayed with Pam© Bake 20-30 minutes, or until juices run clear when pierced.
