1 Large chicken a fryer is best
1/2 c buttermilk
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. pepper
1 c flour
2 tsp paprika
1 12 oz can of sprite or ginger
2 eggs beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Soak chicken parts over night in cold water with a healthy dose of salt. Remove chicken from the brine next and dry on paper towel. Mix all dry indefinites to getter in paper bag. Dip chicken part in milk, then into eggs, and drop into paper bag.
Heat oil to at least 325º Fry turning once until brown. Remove from oil and place on baking sheet and bake at 350º for 30 minuets.
