1 T. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 cup mayonnaise
1 T. mustard
1 tsp, sugar
1 1/2 cup diced dill pickles
2 cups boiled potatoes cooled and diced
1 cup diced celery
1 tsp. grated red onion

Directions:

Mix vinegar, salt, pepper, mayonnaise. mustard and sugar in a small bowl. Toss with the rest of the ingredients and chill

You can add black olives or hard boiled eggs. I love using red potatoes.
