2 C mild
1/2 c onions chopped
1 C soft bread crumbs
2 eggs beaten
salt and pepper to taste, Pinch of nutmeg
2. C beef comsomme
1/4 C Parsley

Slowly combine milk and meat mix. Add remaining ingredients, except consomme.. Form in to balls remove to saucepan that has butter melted. Cover with consommé simmer at least half an hour or longer on low. Use broth to make gravy. ( to make gravy place 2 T in a 1/4 c water and shake in covered jar. Pour slowly into broth and cook until thick
