1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 10 oz can mild enchilada sauce
1 tall can of evaporated milk... undiluted
1 lb. of Velveeta cheese cut in chunks
2-3 jalapeņos chopped

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet brown two pounds of ground meat and 1 medium chopped onion. Drain. Season with taco seasoning to your taste.

Combine all of the above.

Cut 18 corn tortillas into quarters or smaller. In casserole, place layers of above mixture and then a layer of the tortillas. continue layering with the final layer being the meat soup mixture.

Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees or until bubbly. This casserole can be frozen and then thawed for baking.
