Pork chops
Sliced onion
Garlic juice, fresh garlic, or garlic from a jar
Soy sauce
Canned tomatoes, undrained, cut up (or use petite diced)
Fresh broccoli spears
Salt and pepper
Cooked rice
Garlic salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. Brown chops with sliced onions; add garlic and a little soy sauce, then add undrained tomatoes and simmer until chops are tender.

2. Add broccoli (lay on top of all) and simmer again until broccoli is tender. Serve over hot cooked rice, and pass the garlic salt, to taste.

From Debbie: Again, no exact measurements because it's something Mom made up. Can also use fresh or frozen green beans instead of broccoli.
