2 eggs
2 cups soy milk,or rice dream or water or 1 cup orange juice and 1 cup water
1/2 cup oil
1 cup sugar
1 pkg instant chocolate pudding
1 3/4 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
3/4 cup good quality baking cocoa powder
1 tsp salt

Directions:
pre heat oven to 350º. spray a bundt pan and set aside.
In a bowl using a mixer combine the eggs, oil, liquid, and sugar. add remaing ingredients. mix on medium speed scrape down side of bowl and mix again. pour into pan. bake for 45-50 min until toothpick comes out just with a little cake sticking on. let it cool.
for a not so rich a and dense cake omitt the pkg of pudding.
