2 T. Mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 T melted butter

3/4 C light cream or half and half
1/4 c Vinegar
4 C shredded cabbage
pinch of paprika

Directions:

Combine sugar, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper.
Beat egg, add melted butter and cream, Mix well
Add vinegar very slowly while cooking in a double boiler, stirring all the time. will begin to thickens Toss cabbage into bowl and sprinkle wit paprika
