1/3 cup melted butter
1/2 t Paprika
1/4 t onion powder
1 T soy sauce
1/4 t pepper
1/4 t basil
2 T cooking sherry

Directions:
Directions:
Cut bird in half. Brown in butter adn 2 T sherry breast down. Move to foil. Mix all seasonings and rub seasonings over bird. Cover with foil and bake 325 for 2 hours or 1 1/2 hour at 350.
