Instant Mashed Potatoes
Filo dough or Filo squares (frozen)
1 large onion
1 Tbs flour
1 1/2 cups of water
1 pkg of fresh mushrooms
1 Tbs of consommé mix/ or 1 chicken soup cube
Margarine
Egg yolks

Directions:
Directions:
Make instant mashed potatoes and place inside defrosted filo dough (can be a loaf or individual triangles). Cook until light brown on top at about 350º .

Sauce:
fry onion in margarine
slowly add flour and water (constantly mixing)
Once mixed add pkg of mushrooms, when sauce is thick add soup mix. Pour over potato puff and serve.
