5 lbs boneless chuck roast
Garlic powder
1 med onion, sliced
1 can (10.5 oz) beef broth
Salt & pepper
Oregano
1 jar(11.5 oz) pepperoncini drained – reserve juice
1 can beer

Directions:
Directions:
Season both sides of meat with salt & pepper, garlic powder, & oregano. Place meat in large roaster. Top with onions & pepperoncini. Cover with broth, reserved juice, & beer. Cover. Heat oven to 325 & bake for 4 hours. Remove stems from pepperoncini and shred meat. Return to juice. Serve with meat juice on hard rolls.
