10 oz box of Pepperidge Farm Puff Pastry Shells
1 1/2 c Lemon Curd
3 c Extra Creamy Cool Whip
Mixture of Fresh Fruit (your favorites)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400* - very important !

Follow directions on package for baking & removing top & soft insides of each shell.
Return shells to oven for 2 to 3 minutes.
Cool completely

In a medium bowl, combine Lemon Curd and Cool Whip, gently blending thoroughly

Wash and slice fruit.

Just before serving, fill each shell half way with lemon mixture;
finish filling shell with generous helping of fruit.
For garnish top with a tiny dab of lemon mixture and a small amount of fruit.
