3 cans black-eyed peas, drained & rinsed
3 cans shoe peg corn, drained
3 Roma tomatoes, chopped
1 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
1 red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
7 green onions, chopped
1 Tbsp Cavenders Greek seasoning
2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
1 med bottle Zesty Italian dressing

Best if you make it ahead of time so flavors can mix. Overnight is fine.
Drain the portion to put in the serving bowl but keep the juice and remainder for any leftovers. Keeps well.
Easy to fix one third of recipe. 3 tsp. is 1 Tbsp
