2 lbs meat
1 c. chopped peppers (yellow, orange, & red)
fresh mushrooms
1 med. onion, chopped
Garlic
Italian Seasoning
Jar of Prego Sauce
Lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
Bag of grated Italian cheeses
2 c, Grated Parmesan Cheese
Granted Mozzarella Cheese
16 oz. Ricotta
10 oz. chopped Spinach, well drained (optional)
butter
whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Cook meat with garlic and Italian seasonings. Brown and drain meat well. Add 3/4 jar of Prego sauce. Let it simmer.

Cook onions and pepper in olive oil. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning. Add onions and peppers to meat. Add mushrooms. Simmer until mushrooms are cooked.

Layer in dish:
l/4 c. of remaining Prego Sauce in bottom of dish.
sprinkle with l/4 c. Italian cheese

Italian cheeses and mozzarella cheese - cover well

Mix Ricotta and l/2 c. parmesan cheese
Italian cheese

Mozzarella
Cover with Alfredo sauce
Sprinkle with remaining parmesan

Alfredo Sauce:
Melt 1 stock of butter. Add 2 c. whipping cream. Stir until bubbles. Add about l/2 c. parmesan cheese. Stir until melts. (You will pour a little more than l/2 onto the lasagna.)

Bake 350º for 30-40 minutes.
