1 lb. shells
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 c. grated romano cheese
1 tbsp. parsley
1 tbsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 lb. ricotta cheese
16 oz. pasta sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cook shells al dente, drain and set aside.
Brown ground beef, drain off excess grease and add
grated cheese, parsley, minced onion, garlic salt and stir.
In 9x13 greased pan, start layers starting with sauce, then pasta, meat mixture, ricotta, and sauce. Until all ingredients are used. Top with sauce and more grated cheese.
Bake for 45 minutes in 350 degree oven.
