"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Directions:
Mix ingredients and marinate tenderloin for at least ˝ day or overnight. Put in a large zip lock bag. Pat meat with paper towel. Preheat oven to 475 degrees. Bake tenderloin 10 minutes, then turn oven down to 350 degrees. Continue cooking until meat is 140 degrees (12 minutes/pound). Wait 5 to 10 mins before cutting beef because it will still cook and retain juices. If serving cold, slice, and spoon small amount of pan juices over the meat.
