Pheasant breast
cheese
yellow & red pepper
1 can chicken broth
sliced ham

Directions:
Directions:
Pound Pheasant breasts flat and season with salt & pepper. Lay slice of cheese (I like swiss or
pepper jack) and ham on top. Roll up. Cut top off yellow or red peppers and place rolled
breast inside. Place upright in baking pan. Pour chicken broth over peppers and into pan.
Bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
