½ lb fresh mushrooms – sliced
1 large onion chopped
¼ cup butter
2 lb. round steak (1/4 to ½ “ thick)
1 tsp salt
1 can (10 ½ oz) bouillon, diluted with water to make 2 cups
1 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Saute mushrooms & onions in 2 tbls butter & remove from heat.
Remove fat & bone from steak & cut into strips 2 ½” long & ¾” wide.
Melt 2 more tbl butter in pan & add meat that has been coated in flour. Brown the meat. Add salt & bouillion/water mixture. Simmer, stirring occasionally til meat is tender (1 ¼ hours)
Add mushrooms, onions & sour cream; heat but do not
