1 cup chopped zucchini
1 cup peas
1 cup corn
2 cloves of minced garlic
1 medium onion, diced
chopped parsley
fresh basil, rosemary, thyme
dash of red pepper
1 - 28 oz can diced tomatoes
1 can Rotel in sauce
1 can chicken broth
1 pound Tilapia cut into cubes
1 - 12 oz package of shrimp (shelled and tails off)
1 can crabmeat

Directions:
Directions:
Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large pot. Saute onion and garlic until transparent. Add herbs to taste, tomatoes, chicken broth and Rotel to simmer about 5 minutes. Add fish and vegetables to simmer 7 minutes. Now add shrimp and crabmeat to simmer another five minutes.
