1 1/2 lb. American Cheese
3 oz. butter
l/3 c. mayonnaise
1 l/2 tsp. Worchestershire
l/4 tsp Tabasco
1 1/3 T. Sherry or wine
2 tsp dry mustard
1 l/3 T. lemon juice
Directions:
Directions:
Put butter and half of cheese in food processor. Pulse about 5 minutes. Add other remaining cheese plus other ingredients, and mix until smooth. DO NOT OVERMIX, cheese will break down.

Serve with crackers,
