1 yellow pepper
1 red pepper
1 onion
1 lb. shrimp
1 lb. fish
1 c. Pepper Jack cheese
1 c. Mexican blend cheese
8 oz. velvetta cheese
Corn tortillas - tear into strips
2 cans Fiesta cheese soup
1 can Rotel
8 oz. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Cook onions and peppers with seasoning garlic and pepper until soft. Add shrimp and fish and cook until done.
Sauce: Mix soup, Rotel and small sour cream.

Layer: Corn tortillas, meat mixture, cheeses, and sauce. Repeat. Sprinkle cheese on top.
