1 STICK BUTTER
1 EGG
1-1/2 CUP SUGAR
1/4 CUP BROWN SUGAR
1/2 tsp CINNAMON
1 CAN EVAPORATED MILK
1 tsp NUTMEG
1 TBSP FLOUR

BEAT YAMS AND BUTTER UNTIL MIXED. ADD REST OF INGREDIENTS ( EXCEPT MILK) MIX WELL. STIR IN MILK. POUR INTO CRUST. BAKE 400* 10 MINUTES THEN 325* 1 HOUR UNTIL BROWN.
THIS MAKE ONE 9 IN. DEEP DISH PIE OR 2 8 IN SM. PANS.
