1 lb carrots, cut in 2 ½ inch pieces
2 T butter
1 T lemon juice
½ t garlic salt
½ t dried basil, crushed
Dash of pepp

Directions:
Directions:
In saucepan, cook carrots in boiling water for 20-25 minutes or until tender. Drain. Melt butter in saucepan. Stir in lemon juice, garlic salt, basil and pepper. Add carrots.
