1/4 cup Catalina Dressing
3 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut lengthwise into strips
2 tbsp dry roasted peanuts, chopped
1 green onion, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Catalina dressing, peanut butter, and soy sauce in a bowl and blend. Add chicken; toss to coat. Refrigerate 10 minutes. Heat broiler. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade. Thread chicken onto 8 skewers. Place on rack of broiler pan. Broil 6 inches from heat, 4 minutes on each side or until chicken is done. top with nuts and onions.
