Cheeses all at room temperature.

8 oz. Cream Cheese
2 glasses Kraft Roka Blue Cheese
7 oz. very sharp cheddar cheese (shredded or spreadable)
1 clove finely minced garlic
1/2 small onion, finely minced
1 t. Worcestershire sauce
Chopped walnuts (or favorite nut)

Beat ingredients together thoroughly. Refrigerate overnight. Next day, form into 2 balls (or logs) and roll in chopped walnuts. Serve with favorite crackers.

Had this cheese ball (in log form) at a family celebration at Mickey and Nancy's house when they were first married....many, many years ago! I loved it, asked Nancy for the recipe and have made it for most family get togethers ever since! EVERYONE loves it! Especially Stephanie!
