1 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts
1 stick butter
2 - 8 oz. cream cheese
2 - cups cool whip
2 c. powdered sugar
1 small pkg. instant chocolate pudding mix
1 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
3 c. milk
9 oz. cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
Crust: Mix flour, nuts, and butter. Pat into a 9x13 pan. Bake at 325º for 25 minutes. Cool

First Layer: Mix cream cheese, 2 c. cool whip, and powdered sugar. Spread on cooled crust.

Second Layer: Mix puddings with milk. When thick, pour onto first layer.

Third Layer: Spread remainder of cool whip.

Optional: Grate Hershey bar or toffee on top.

Refrigerate overnight or for several hours.
