5 lb bag potatoes,
2 yellow onions,
milk,
salt
pepper.

Directions:
Directions:
Peel 5 lbs.of potatoes and place in large stock pot of cold water for cleansing and soaking. Rinse water and cut potatoes into small cubes. Clean pot and replace potatoes. Next, cut and dice 2 large yellow onions and add to pot. Cover potatoes with water and add a dash of salt. Heat to boiling until potatoes are tender and break apart when touched with a fork.Drain some of the water. Then, add milk, butter, salt and pepper to taste. Continue to simmer but do not boil. (For a thicker soup, your favorite cheese can be added) Serve with rolls and butter.
