1 T Vegetable Oil
3/4 lb. Pork tenderloin, cut into 1/8 " strips
2 pkgs Pork -flavored Raman noodles (3 oz. each)
1 1/2 C. Water
1 C. Red bell pepper, cut into 3/4 " strips
1 C. Broccoli flowerets
1/2 C. Green onions, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 T. Fresh parsley chopped or 2 t. parsley flakes - if desired
1 T. Soy Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Heat 12 inch skillet or wok over med-high heat
Add oil, rotate to coat
Add pork, stir-fry 5 minutes or until pork is no longer pink
Gently break noodles apart
Stir noodles, seasonings from flavor packets and remaining ingredients into pork.
Heat to boiling and boil 3 to 4 minutes until noodles are completely soft
