1 lb. dried pinto beans
3 qts water
1 can tomatoes (1 lb)
1 large onion, chopped
8 slices bacon, cut in 2" lengths
3/4 c sliced celery
1 1/2 t. salt
3/4 t. ground cinnamon
6 T. sugar
3 T. vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Wash beans and place in 6 quart kettle with 3 quarts water.
Bring to simmer. Cover. Cook beans about 4 hours or until tender.
Mix remaining ingredients with beans and cooking water.
Place in 4 quart casserole.
Cover. Bake in a 350 oven for 2 to 3 hours or until done. Add a little water if needed
