2 cups flour
1 tbsp sugar
dash salt
1/4 tsp or less of Baking Soda
2 heaping tsp "Magic" Baking Powder (Gotta Be Magic)
1 tbsp Cooking Oil
4 Eggs
2 2/3 cups Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Whip it up in a large measuring cup.
Let batter set 10 minutes before starting.
Heat Griddle to 400 - 450º (no oil)
(Baking soda kills the taste of beaking powder because you put more baking powder than normal)

Pour onto griddle, flip when batter bubbles and bubbles stay open. Watch until brown.
