12 c. squash, sliced thin
6 tsp salt
3 c. onions, sliced or chopped
1 4oz jar pimentos
2 tsp celery seed
2 tsp tumeric
2 bell peppers, chopped
2 1/2 c. vinegar
4 c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Slice the squash thin, then sprinkle with salt. Set overnight and rinse with cold water. Mix squash and the rest of the ingredients. Heat to boil but do not boil. Pack in 7 pint jars using all juice.
