"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I make my own pie filling if I have fresh fruit, or fruit that has been canned works as well. Blueberries, Strawberry, Rhubarb, Peach, Pear... we've tried quite a few.

Quick Homemade Pie Filling:
2 cups berries or other fruit
3/4 - 1 cup white sugar (to taste)
Put your fruit and sugar in a medium saucepan and add water until your fruit is just about covered. Bring to a boil, then thicken to desired consistency with cornstarch/water mixture
