1 pkg. peanut butter baking chips
1 pkg. butterscotch baking chips
1 pkg. milk chocolate baking chips
1 bag plain potato chips (crushed)
1 cup peanuts (crushed)

Directions:
Directions:
Melt baking chips in the microwave, stopping to stir frequently.
Combine the rest of the ingredients with the melted baking chips and stir well.
Drop mixture into miniature baking cups and let stand to harden.

*freezes really well

This is such a simple and fast treat for those who love chocolate. I also make a variation of this recipe by replacing the potato chips and peanuts with 6 cups of Rice Krispie cereal for the kids. Can really change it up any way you want... different nuts... granola... what ever you like.
